Carry on Dancing...

You can carry on with Ballet Barre at home! The Royal Academy Of Dance have put together a 20min barre class. I enjoyed dancing along this morning, it is very similar to what we have done in class. Soon enough I hope to be able to do my own class video, but for now we can all keep our bodies moving this way.
